I can do this for you in two ways:
- A basic price range with a high and low dollar amount, which is done without actually viewing your home and is based upon recent sales in your subdivision or complex,
and will be sent it to you via email,
- A complete home evaluation, by scheduling an appointment with you and coming out to view your home, which enables me to give you a closer price range for listing and selling purposes.

Home or Condo Buyers - would you like to have property listings sent directly to your email, so that you can "view" properties at your leisure from the comfort of your home or office?
I can do this for you. Initially you will receive a list of all properties currently on the market that meet your "ideal" home/condo criteria: location, price range, bedrooms, etc... After you receive the initial list of properties, you will receive any new properties that meet the same criteria as soon as they appear on the market. We can change your search requirements at any time. You receive ALL of the MLS listings regardless of what company has the listing on the market, no more searching from one online service to another only to find out that the property has already been sold!

I will ask or request some basic information and typically you will have this information the same day with continued updates until we have found you the property that you have been searching for or you ask me to stop sending them to you.
